2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure you receive your products promptly:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery:
    • Currently available only in select cities

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above 999/-.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat rate may be charged for orders below 499/-.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can also track your order status by visiting the “My Orders” section in your account on our website.

5. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other factors, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
    • We will attempt to contact you for reshipment.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
    • If we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled, and the original payment will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We ensure the careful packaging of all orders, but in rare cases, damage or missing items may occur:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
